I need a contract written up. I am hiring sales people to work as independent contractors
on a 100% commission basis. I need a contract for them to sign. It needs to have a no
compete clause, an indemnity clause, something that says they will have access to
proprietary information and that they can’t use it outside of their role with my
company. And a section I can take out or leave in for sales manager who will get an
override on their team. Something that talks about compensation, compensation also needs
to go in the sales manager section. Perhaps have a compensation "schedule" attached to
show commissions. All disputes will be handled by Arbitration. Governed under the laws of
Utah
