Looking for Web software tool that will enable multiple, distinct users to load consumer transaction data via Excel based on specific customer based mapping and transaction attributes (e.g. Customer Name, Account #, last transaction date, join date, termination date, etc), and conduct email/SMS marketing campaigns based on business rules defined using the customer data. -Tool should be log-in based. Users should only be able to see their respective data when leveraging the tool -Tool should support the ability to enact automated email/SMS campaigns that will target users (designated by the Customer ID field from the loaded excel spreadsheets), based on business rules established by the user -Tool should enable creation of new campaigns based on business rules that leverage customer data (e.g. send SMS messages to users who last transaction was 1 week ago) -Tool should enable Excel file load cap (file size should be configurable by the admin)
