I need a php script to generate formatted html output. The requirements are fairly simple, but will require: 1. Web administration interface for a LAMP server, allowing user to upload the db file and set certain options for the output. 2. Parsing flat database (tab delineated flat txt file) 3. Inserting database fields into a templated html ouput 4. Randomizing some of the field orders when placing into the html 5. Creating hyperlinks dynamically according to my specific criteria 6. The script will write its html outputs to two text files (questions.txt and responses.txt) and then display a link to those files in the admin interface so that they can be easily downloaded. I am attaching a detailed specification. Please read before responding with your fixed price bid.
