I am looking for a talented frontend UI designer that has experience with HTML5, CSS3. jQuery (Mobile) and possible Sencha, Kendo UI etc. Main objective is to build a complicated userinterface that works in browser on PC and tablet (touch). The interface generates webpages that are responsive and can be viewed on all kind of devices (pc, tablet, mobile phone) Additional experience is preferred: XML, PHP, Codeigniter. (also appMobi and phonegap is interesting) It is a work in progress where additional budget is available. Some significant keywords: touchenabled portlets & drag and drop, jQuery plugins, ipad/mobile support, responsive design. I am looking for someone with whom I can discuss the best way of development. I like direct contact with the developer using chat MSN or skype. Developer must have demonstrably experience with these technologies. Start of project within 2 weeks.
