Company needs an experienced marketing professional. Candidate will plan and direct all the marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
•Develops and implements strategic marketing plans. Company and corporate sales objectives for products and services.
•Research, analyze and monitor financial, technological and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity.
•Develop and manage marketing operating budget.
•Plans and oversees advertising, trade shows and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media and direct mail.
•Ensures effective control of marketing results and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
•Oversees development and maintenance of customer database.
Also but not limited
•Create and disseminate email blasts and campaigns promoting, including design and copywriting (within the context of corporate-approved templates), HTML coding, scheduling and delivery to target audiences.
•Develop and maintain up-to-date email marketing lists for all target audiences, utilizing the company, marketing/sales input, website registrations, email responses, and all other relevant sources.
•Develop metrics and monitor performance of all email blasts and campaigns and take steps, as required, to continually improve the ROI of email communications.
•Assist in the design and build of online sites.
•Perform timely updates to all online content, including, blog, and related social networking sites.
•Participate in monitoring the performance of the website and assist in developing and executing strategies to enhance its effectiveness as a marketing tool, including SEO and website promotions.
•Monitor trends and technological advancements in advertising/marketing and recommend new strategies and tools, as appropriate, to increase marketing opportunities.
•Strategize with internal personnel and provide creative support as required to develop and/or execute all online and traditional marketing tools/campaigns initiated to promote the Sales and Managment.

Requirements
Qualifications: BA Marketing, BSBA, MBA
•Extensive experience in US and international communication systems sales and marketing.
•Able to develop long and short-term strategies as programs evolve to maintain market dominance.
•Microsoft Work, PowerPoint, publisher and Excel necessary,.
•Presentation, organizational and management skills a must.
•Develops and leads marketing and vendor partnerships for responsible communities and/or regional/national initiatives
