I am looking for a simple light weight windows based application which can communicate with GSM Modems to receive SMS and push the SMS & Missed call alerts to a web based URL in real time Scope of Work I have 8,16,32 ports GSM Modems which is connected to a windows based system/server to receive SMS & Missed Call Information. Details with sender number and messages should be pushed to any URL i set in the software Features Required Option to connect N number of GSM Modems to the software Option to Set separate URL forwarding for each Ports Option to view the modem Status and SIM Signal Strength Option to auto delete the Last Message from the SIM Card Automatic Queue System for un read messages in SIM Card (messages should not be missed out) If anybody is calling in that particular GSM number then call should be automatically rejected after 2 or 3 ring and the caller number should be pushed to a particular URL Skills Required Should have strong knowledge with DOT.NET, VB.NET & C# Should have strong knowledge with GSM AT Commands Ability to complete the project with minimum Turn Around Time
