I need a graphic designer to do a poster for a family race, I would need to explain our expectations by Skype to the selected person, this job need to be completed within two days; My estimate is that this job would require around 4 of effort. Skills required, photoshop, illustrator, lots of creativity. We will often be requiring this kind of services, so if the deliverables from this job meets our expectations, I will be requiring services in the future. Please share previous work you have done of this kind, this will be the criteria for selecting the contractors to be interviewed, Inteview will be a 15 minutes Skype conference to explain the details of the requirement and get feedback.
