I would like a desktop or web app created for a real estate company which will do the following:

- User fills out a form based on transaction type
- PDF Forms from database are automatically added
- User clicks Populate and all PDF forms are filled in with the information from user form
- User is able to download, print or email the forms
- Transaction is saved for later viewing/editing in user account

The application will have settings where user can input general information about the user, add company information, contacts etc so that information is handily available during form filling phase.
Also, to get the PDF forms fields setup, the app should have an interface where user can add new forms, zoom to area to define fields to be auto filled. User should be able to add individual forms to group forms to create a transaction package.

I will have full mockup/wireframes for the contractor to make things easy.
