Motiv Web Design is seeking ambitious sales professionals to assist the team. Our Sales Representatives are responsible for securing deals with prospective clients; generating and locating possible leads from online retailers The goal is one client secured per day and this will be achieved by keeping consistently high activity, approximately 75-100 calls a day. Telemarketing will be done business to business, and should provide good conversion rates. Sales Representatives are expected to keep accurate call and email contact logs in manual format, Microsoft Excel, so experience with these software packages is preferred. Must Have’s • Experience in a proven sales environment • Good phone acumen, personable but persistent • English speaking • Conscientious time management • Accurate reporting Compensation: Sales Representatives will be paid hourly.
