This invitation is to a seasoned expert with the following expertise to help charitable campaigns from the South Asian region.

- Do you have prior experience in raising funds for charitable campaigns?
- Have you ever executed crowd funding campaigns?
- What would be the success rate of those campaigns?
- Do you have a large pool of contacts (preferably a large data base of email contacts) willing to donate a coin for good cause?
- Are you good in viral marketing tactics such as emails, facebook campaigns, twitter feeds, google plus campaigns and etc… etc…
- Do you like to undertake fixed price tasks with no advances upfront but a negotiated fee against each completed tasks?
- Do you have a sheer record in achieving goals with higher success rate?

We prefer a native English speaker from London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Cardiff, Kent, New York, California, Boston, Seattle, Toronto, Miami, Melbourne or Sydney with good command of verbal and written communications.

You will be assigned to at least five to six crowd funding campaigns a year. If you having self confidence on achieving the fund targets on time, please drop your application with the answers to the above.

About our business:

We are in the verge of launching three crowd funding platforms targeting the startups, renewable energy related initiatives and the charitable campaigns and this is the first step towards assembling a decent team to help the crowd funding campaigns globally.

Initially you’ll be managing campaigns across third party platforms like indiegogo (www.indiegogo.com) and the crowdcube (www.crowdcube.com).

During the period you will be paid a job completion fee (a percentage against the accomplished target). - Neither a hourly rate nor a fixed rate but a job completion fee considering the followings;

>> If you exceed the targets; - Promised rate + a bonus percentage
>> If you matched the target on time; - Promised rate
>> If you matched the 75% of the target; - 60% from the Promised rate
>> If you matched the 50% of the target; - 40% from the Promised rate
>> If you matched the 10% - 49% of the target; - 7% from the Promised rate

If you are a fund raising super hero and expert in marketing, convincing and link building, there won’t be a limit for your earnings so does the self pleasure in helping a good cause.

We are not going to describe additional details relates to the business model here but will be briefing them during the interview process.

Please indicate the following details in your response:

1. When can you start the first campaign?
2. Are you comfortable in writing pitches, fine tuning pitches and presenting them to mass audience?
3. What would be the comfortable ranges in managing fund raising campaigns?
>> Below 500 US$
>> 500 US$ - 4999 US$
>> 5000 US$ - 49999 US$
>> 50000 US$ - 499999 US$

We’ll be launching at least two to three campaigns by coming Monday targeting the following areas. You can hint your interest towards the subjective areas and can declare a probable ETA on achieving the targets.

1. Donate a coin for a good cause – This is to raise 31000 US$ within 31 days to power a charitable campaign to stop all sorts of violence targeting the financially deprived kids
2. Donate a coin to power rural households with solar power – This is to build a small fund of 50,000 US$ to launch a solar power initiative among the financially deprived villagers in the South Asian region. This is the first step towards building a specialized credit union to promote renewable energy (specially the solar power) among South Asians and reduce the dependency on fossil based energy.
3. Discussions are going on but not finalized.
