We are smartphone application developer in Japan. We would like to make the marketing strategy for Korean market. We are looking for a person who can plan the marketing strategy for Korean market in smartphone application field. Although we could consider both type of hourly and fixed price job, hourly or fixed price plus contingent fee might fit for this job.
