enterprise software has already proven that it competes favorably with the big boys in our
market, which is why cool companies like Skechers use our products. With the January 2011
release of our 3.x platform we introduced a try-to-buy pricing model, which promises to
shake up the Data Integration market, by introducing a powerful, easy-to-use ETL desktop
environment and an affordable paid server component. We are looking for a smart, creative, hands-on B2B marketer who would like to join expressor software and become an integral part of our team. Utilizing the latest in Web 2.0 marketing automation, community building and SEM tactics this promises to be an exciting and dynamic job opportunity. The right person for this role likes to drive multiple projects in a fast paced environment and has a strong desire to advance in his or her career over time. Position Summary: The Marketing Programs & Operations Consultant will work closely with the VP of Marketing to plan and execute various campaigns such as email, banner ad, trade show and conferences events. Additionally, you’ll need to leverage our social media efforts and coordinate these with more traditional marketing programs into a cohesive strategy. This role is responsible for daily operations of our Marketo marketing automation system and will work closely with the other members of our Sales and Marketing teams to assure that we apply best practices for all online and live events in terms of planning, execution, and SEM requirements. Applying the latest techniques in Web 2.0 nurturing and lead capture techniques, this promises to be a position at the forefront of industry trends and best practices. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and coordinate in-house, online and live marketing campaigns and events • Help create, design and execute all marketing automation system campaigns • Administrate expressor’s marketing database, including maintenance of current programs and implementation of new requirements • Manage in-house list building efforts and work with 3rd parties on list purchases and rentals • Execute all 3rd party email and white paper campaigns • Help create compelling email templates and landing pages with the help of a graphics designer • Plan and execute tradeshow and user group exhibits Skills/Abilities/Knowledge/Personal Suitability • Undergraduate or graduate degree; prefer concentration in Marketing and/or Business Administration • Minimum 2 years experience in either Marketing operations, programs, online, or other related role; startup company marketing experience is a big plus o Excellent project management, organizational and communication skills o Rigorous attention to detail and focus on highest quality of deliverables • Hands-on administrative experience with best of breed marketing & sales automation tools and other marketing tools (Marketo, Salesforce, WebEx/GoToMeeting, SEO tools, Google Analytics, HTML editing tools) o Experience with Marketo is a must! • Familiarity with business software tools including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with Adobe Photoshop is a plus Role will report to the VP of Marketing |
