1. Need a brand new website that looks and functions in a way that is similar to the website, GoFundMe.com. 2. Individual users will be required to register and will create an account to accept donations in exchange for “virtual tokens”. A storefront is not necessary. 3. These “virtual tokens” must be tracked and displayed in a dynamic bar graph to be viewed by anyone. 4. Like GoFundMe.com, a specific percentage of EACH transaction will go to the website (mine) while the remaining amount will go to the individual registered user. oDesk.com uses the same practice of keeping a certain percentage of sales and the rest goes to the contractor. 5. Website must be able to accept credit cards. GoFundMe.com uses WePay.com and then there is Paypal.com. Not sure which is best but open to suggestions. 6. Users to the site will not create a user account. A simple donation process like GoFundMe.com is all that is needed. 7. The registered users must provide basic registration information and then be given choices for establishing their public page just like GoFundMe.com does. 8. The registered users must also be capable of making changes to their accounts as necessary. 9. This website must be extremely secure. 10. This website will experience a large amount of traffic and must never go down! 11. The site must connect to social networks like Facebook, Email and Twitter. 12. The site will require a short flash splash page. 13. Developer must be available for future upgrades/expansion of the website. 14. Developer must have EXCELLET communication skills. 15. Administrator, me, must have full control over the site. 16. If you are skilled enough to build GoFundMe.com from scratch, you will have no problem building this website. Specific details of all requirements will be given to the hired contractor. 17. This website must be fully tested and fully functional NO LATER THAN Monday, 26 March 2012.
