CRM Expert needed to develop an in house CRM system that will: - Receive leads from third party sources in real time and send alerts to notify the user when they have come in - Allow easy instant quoting if a customer calls in. The quotes will be sent out in an HTML email whereas the coding for that is already provided - Generate reports for sales and accounting purposes - Integrated messaging where notifications can be sent between users and administrators - Have a sophisticated appeal, the interface will look similar to my website autoportation.com - Three examples to look at for this are; centraldispatch, autobrokerdispatch and MegaBee (examine these CRM's thoroughly for they are the leaders in the industry BUT DO NOT STEAL ANY OF THEIR CODE OR DESIGN) - Once an order is placed the vehicle will be automatically posted to load boards and information will be captured from these third party load boards to notify AutoPortation when a vehicle has been dispatched - Look like the best CRM this industry has EVER SEEN!
