Looking for someone that can enter new invoices into Quickbooks for billing. No accounting
experience necessary. Need to convert invoices into PDF and send via email to clients.
Need to follow up in overdue invoices. Will need to be available for various assistant
requests as needed. I would like someone that can be flexible and learn new tasks to help
in my business if needed. i.e., email marketing, website updates (training), and other
I.T. related tasks. If you can pick on things quickly, this helps. Need to be able to
communicate with my clients professionally if necessary. Basic understanding of I.T.
environment would be helpful with billing and other related tasks.
