Need to create a frontend form in wordpress which allows users to upload an image and enter in a text box. Users can add more image+text box. Each of these represent a test for usability or comprehensibility for a part of their website (screenshot uploaded in the form). Users can save these individual tests and modify them if needed. To view the results of tests, users must log in and be automatically directed to a personal area where they can see their test and the results. Users will have to pay for some results using paypal.This is the basic functionality of what's required. The workflow is:- User registers for this service- User is directed to a personal portal (dashboard) and clicks "New test"- User then clicks "New Test Item" which allows him to upload an image and enter questions in a text box for that image- User may click "New Test Item" to upload another image and enter questions- User clicks "Save Test" to save the test to his dashboard. User is returned to the dashboard.- User logs in in a week to view the results of the test (possibility to pay using paypal).Would like this integrated into Wordpress, but I'm open to a php script which uses wordpress users and looks like the rest of the site (headers, footers etc.) I have a Wishlist Member, Gravity forms installed and can get any other plugins which might work if tied together. , ,
