i need a chat application that have those type of features -users can create there own groups ( threads, rooms, channels, etc what every u call it )-private messaging between users-users can block other users from private or groups -each group has (owner, admin, mod)-chat control = me ( Staff , control ) got higher powers can control all users and groups -groups has feature like send pics, voice , or (videos =optional)-a catagorys and groups such that popluar groups goes on top and dead groups goes on bottom on catagories recomended to be done in flash air ( have skills in it and can manage to edit after development)u can use any platform as longest i can upload them under my accounts using my hosting servers For example on a live project that i want it at least 70% like it download (palringo) on iphone adnroid or pc from www.palringo.commust support more then one language including (arabic , english )bidders must tell me and show me what they can do before doing itvoice streaming between users such as free voip calls between registerd users chat - users can create their own groups create = owner admin = powers giving to user by ownermod = granted to user by admin or owner can sient , kick , or ban users groups catagories popular which good groups get highr in listing and dead goes down catagories same good on top dead on bottom in groups u can send pictures, voice recording, or text u can send video recording up to 10 seconds only ( video option can be removed if it might use toomuch usage or hard to be done )groups owners can give tags to users such as good user or vip or color the user nick ,, staff or super admins like me get powers to reinstate ownership to groups ,,, ip bans only by me or staff members ( groups can ban from their group only the user and not the user ip ,, if user sign up with diff email, or account etc he may rejoin any group with no problems )maximum users per group is 2000 in groups an ads can be placed by us one stable ad that will be there at all time and another that will be like palringo which will appear as a text message once in a while at a rate of 10 messages or 10 seconds , ads are important because im depending on it ,,an option where group owners can place one ad to their pages and collect money from adsense or any other ad provider but only after our permission , option where group owners can upgrade the groups to primum and get password protection or get highr in feature listing of catagories catagories feature pay to get it there , or popular good groups get there for free a frindally interace to users ,, user may register in up to 100 group gets ban in one group that makes it 99 staff or superadmins can grant some nick coloration or vip tags to users who help the community etc option to restore lost passwords etc staff can reinstate passwords of users *** all commercial addons can be remved from the project if its hard to be done ,,, but adds of the chatmaster and one ad of user cant be removed because ill depend on it for hosting payments etc *** regular users can do everything but cant logg to more then 20 groups primum can log to 100 groups and get some sort of difference in nick appearance more then one language main language devie language will give the application same language automatically must include arabic, english language as must ** again this an over view of what i want but it doesnt mean u have to do all of these lol ,, u can tell me what can be done and what cant be done ... primum groups get a tage on top the says letter (p) in good style push notification are also required happy biddsgood luck , , ,
