Virtual assistant needed to compile contact information for key industry players, using
list of websites (provided), Google and other web researching skills. Initial task includes compiling list of names, titles and companies for review, then following up to compile contact information for those names highlighted for inclusion. NOTE: Good web research skills and understanding of English is absolutely essential - if you require the use of a translator to read web pages, this posting is not for you. Sorry. Required skills: Critical thinking, Wordpress, Excel, web research and the ability to follow instructions. Knowledge of and experience with Filemaker Pro is an absolute asset. Familiarity with the use of Mailchimp is also a plus. For the successful candidate, future tasks will include ongoing website maintenance, mailing list administration and some marketing tasks. (In these cases, knowledge of Wordpress will be essential. Experience using Google analytics is a bonus.)
