The integration of a payment processor using PHP and SoapClient was completed - and working. But right now there is a problem, and my site is giving a "could not connect" error when trying to do some of the code, despite the actual payment going through. This is urgent, and I need someone skilled to quickly troubleshoot the problem. Preferably it should be done by today or tomorrow. Freelancer must be skilled with PHP.
