ABOUT I am a UK based businessman who is trying to get his first iPhone app developed. I have used oDesk before to find an offshore developer but had a bad experience. Therefore I wanted to lay down some conditions for working with a new contractor: 1. I will require the contractor to sign an NDA 2. I will not be paying anything upfront. I am happy to agree milestones of the project but only when we agree the app is working, bug free. So please ensure you understand this.
