I am looking for someone to put together a 4 weekly meal plan with consolidated weekly groceries list based on this diet plan.
Must be simple and easy to prepare.
Target at working adults who might not have much time to prepare breakfast and lunch before setting off to work.
Location: Singapore, ensure the availability of the ingredients
Cooking method: Steam, grilled, stir fry or raw
Following 4 food quadrants (fruits, vegetables, protein and carbohydrate)
Daily dinner is protein shake that caters to protein and carbohydrate. Only need to plan for veg and fruits.
Further details on the diet plan will be provided when job confirmed.

This job should not take very long and can be completed within few hours.
