We need a PHP Expert who has excellent knowledge in CMS, we are using Feather CMS for a project and we need to add a new language to the website, The CMS is working great and fully functional , we already have 2 languages, the contractor should add a third language to the system as a first step Step 2 is to add a newsletter component to the system to be able to manage newsletters through the CMS Candidate should be a freelancer and not a company, companies will directly be rejected and marked as SPAM Candidate MUST have high Rating and Excellent results in tests Deadline is 4 Days MAX
