We're currently looking for a Virtual assistant/Administrator to work immediately.

Requirements:

* Asian preferably based in the Philippines
* Can work from M-F 9:00 to 5:00pm PST
* Neutral English accent
* Good in calendar management
* Can do admin tasks
* Writing/transcription (English) ability is a plus
* Knows how to use Skype - ability to connect with us and make and take phone calls
* Has appropriate tool to use to communicate and take phone calls (Skype phone or high quality headset)
* knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel

* Experience in any of these programs is a MUST, we need someone who can work on our websites so we really need someone who is really good and have the knowledge/skills. ( Please identify how you work using this program and what you've done? Kindly attached a link that can show us how well experienced you are with these programs. )
- Adobe suite - identify which program in adobe suite you had experience.
- Photoshop
- Wordpress / HTML and CSS

* Knowledge with social media stuff like:
- LinkedIn
- Facebook
- Unigo.com
- Hubpages
- Demandmedia

We will ask you to start working for 20 hours/week and we will increase your hours to 40 after a week if sees that you're performing well.
