LUXE Charters operates in the Small Charter Vehicle Sector in and around Perth, Western Australia and provides “Professional Chauffeur Services to Private Individuals, Corporates, Event Organisers, International and Interstate Visitors, Government Organisations and Foreign Diplomats” using its fleet of modern luxury vehicles and team of experienced drivers. We are currently looking for a casual network administrator with Call Centre experience to assist our team in Quezon City, Philippines to manage all IT related queries, projects as well as troubleshooting. The candidate will be tasked with the following: • Provide help desktop support to staff. • Configure, troubleshoot and maintain routers and switches • Configure, troubleshoot and maintain Asterisk Voip • Troubleshoot network & system problems • Implement network and information security procedures • Improve current IT infrastructure performance to meet the requirements of the business growth The key skills and experience you will need to have include: IP routing and switching, Ethernet network design, documentation and network installation experience. Having Cisco CCNP, Microsoft MCSE equivalent certification is advantageous. |
