Schonfeld Consulting Group is a fastly expanding firm. We are hiring German speaking key account managers that 1) Place bids to projects (in German) 2) Talk to clients, estimate the work that needs to be done, summarize, translate and forward the client's specifications to our project managers (German to English) 3) Make sure customers are happy (in German ;-). We need you to have two special characteristics to be successfull 1) you need to be a German native or be able to write German perfectly and in high standard (not a single mistake per email). You may have an accent when speaking, that is no problem. 2) you are being paid a base payment + a bonus, thus, a + bx per hour. The base payment will be $2,22/hour. It will be paid no matter how you perform. Your bonus depends on how well you handle clients and how many projects you complete successfully. Bonuses can be as high as $100/day, but also as low as $0/day. It depends on your work, effort and quality of communication. Again, please note that base payment is $2.22 - even if you do not succeed, that price per hour will be paid. You need to be able to write German without a mistake in high standard German.
