We're a small but growing business based in Ipswich, Suffolk (UK) and we're in need of awesomeness! We need someone who is first and foremost willing to work within our ethos of being ethical, open, and transparent. We need to be able to put our trust in you completely, and expect you to be able to do the same with us. We operate as a Buddhist Right Livelihood business, which is why this is so important. Your challenge, should you choose to accept it, is to provide PA services to the director, as well as general admin support for the business as a whole (we currently have three full time members of staff who are UK based, and several remote workers on ODesk). This may include (but not limited to) booking diary appointments, responding to support requests and assigning to the appropriate member of the team, drawing up press releases etc. We are also expecting you to be involved with project management - overseeing projects we are working on and making sure that things are on track, contacting the clients on a weekly basis to update them on developing risks to the project, and progress. If you can also help us with social media marketing, identifying events to attend for promotional purposes, and any other ways we can grow the business we won't hold you back - it's a really exciting time at the moment and we're looking for someone who can share that excitement and help us shine! We are hoping to establish a long term relationship with the right person.
