We're redesigning the Magento store for the fastest-growing men's clothing company ever launched online. And we're looking for one extremely seasoned Magento developer to help us do it. We will hold you to incredibly high standards for quality, and in exchange you'll be responsible for contributing to the design process for and implementation of Magento features which quite frankly don't exist anywhere on the web. If you're interested in being a PSD to Magento monkey, this project isn't for you. If you're interested in being an incredibly valuable asset to our redesign process, keep reading. You: - Are comfortable owning the development for a critically important redesign on the Magneto platform, but will play nice with our deployment process - Are comfortable working with a product designer who writes most of the HTML/CSS - Are comfortable working with a strictly predefined HTML/CSS architecture (based on Bootstrap), but will have opportunity to influence it - Have scored in the top 10% for PHP tests, or can otherwise prove your PHP chops - Have scored in the top 20% for Magento tests. - Speak AND write English fluently - Are located in or close to PST (GMT -8) - Are excited to be involved in the design process We: - Will pay you more than your average rate, if you're the right fit - Are open to contract-to-hire if you are - Aren't kidding about the quality thing Please include 1-2 examples of previous Magento work.
